Patna: The govt’s training centre Bihar Institute of Public Administration and Rural Development (Bipard) has imparted training to 2.48 lakh govt officers, employees and other trainees in 4,136 events in the last 25 years, a communique received from the institute on Tuesday said.In the last three years alone, from 2023 to 2025, training has been given to 1.14 lakh trainee candidates in 1,280 events. The institute said the resource persons in its pool are adequately skilled and educated to impart training. The performance and accounts of the institute, too, have been properly audited, it said.
