Police investigate the murder of retired senior Customs official Ram Kumar Singh
ARRAH: Retired Customs official Ram Kumar Singh was shot dead during his morning walk in Arrah, Bihar. Police have launched an investigation into the murder.The victim’s wife, Sushila Devi, alleged that a land dispute was behind the killing and named Ram Kalyan Yadav as the person responsible, according to news agency PTI.“There was a land dispute, a man identified as Ram Kalyan Yadav is behind the murder. There were threats sent before. My son informed me about the incident. He was shot seven times…” she said.
